The National Museum of Singapore lack of marketing effort to reach out to their visitors. This is because they do not promote or advertise their programmes widely to the audience except for Singapore Night Festival as they are a partner with the organisation. Although many programmes were offered, it did not reach well to the millennial sector as many were family based event however, it did not reach out well too. National Museum Singapore has an event listing where most of whom signed up will receive notifications on the programmes were sent via email.
The marketing outreach to visitors about special festivals was easily spread especially Singapore Night Festivals as words spread fast via social media to the millennial. Singapore Night Festivals have their own promotion and outreach. They advertise this event via banners along Orchard Road and through social media.

The service in National Museum of Singapore, the front desk usually are the ones who help and answer inquiries. They will always remind their visitors regarding the application that can be downloaded in the mobile. Also, all the pamphlets can be found at the counter such as guides and special exhibition pamphlets.
There was an interactive activity that we can do. We are required to write and explain why should we support our local hawker centre. The amenities around was not that much, I did not even notice if there is a toilet in the museum. Hence, amenities were not notable.
